Our history

2004

The design team was based on the installation company. The main players are specialists with work experience in leading design institutes of that time. Our team (one of the first in the Republic of Belarus) was developing projects for mini-CHPP based on cogeneration units (KGU) during this period. The particular application of these projects was reflected on the field of greenhouse farming (Rudakovo JSC — output of 38,5 MW, Agricultural complex Zhdanovichi UE — output of 60 MW, Agricultural complex Machulischi JSC — output of 38 MW. The design of mini-CHPP in Zamok Mall and Eurotorg LLC in Minsk were the biggest projects of that period.

2012

During restructuring and expansion of the group it was decided to separate the project department into an individual legal entity. Larger-scale and technologically complex facilities were designed and implemented during this period, among them: NokianTyres (Russian Federation) — output of 25 MW, Belagroterminal LLC — output of 54 tons, Lukhovitskie ovoschi LLC (Russian Federation) — output of 200 MW. A number of industrial steam boiler houses and mini-CHPP were designed for such companies as: Servoluks LLC, Molochniy Mir JSC, Veles-Mit LLC, Babushkina Krinka JSC, Tabak-Invest LLC, Beltransgas JSC, Minskzelenstroy PCUP "Tsvety Stolitsy" and many others.

2020

There were global changes in the company at that time, new and more difficult tasks were formed, as a result the necessity of rebrending occured. Thus, Termoenergoproekt LLC became TEPgroupproject LLC. The learning process of new directions, including construction and installation works, began. Despite the various kinds of events that have accompanied the team throughout its work, the unchanged core of the team remains the most important value, the history of which is more than 16 years old.

— Gas distribution systems (outside gas pipelines of cities, villages and industrial enterprises (steel, polyethylene gas pipelines);
